The Bruker S1 Titan 600 is a robust handheld XRF analyzer, designed to quickly and accurately display the elemental analysis of target samples from magnesium to uranium. It also clocks in as one of the lightest, most powerful XRF analyzers currently available - weighing just under 1.5 kg with battery. Whether you are testing large machined parts, scrap metal or other products, the ergonomic pistol grip and trigger design allow for all-day "point-and-shoot" analyzing of materials.

The S1 Titan 600 features an integrated touch-screen color display, 50 kV X-ray tube, SMART Grade timing (for fastest and safest alloy identification), SharpBeam technology, Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) with CUBE™ technology (operating at very high count rates and thus provides excellent precision with short measurement times), and an extremely tough housing that is sealed against humid and dusty environments (rated IP54). 

The Bruker S1 TITAN 600 Handheld XRF Spectrometer is equipped with a large area CUBE SDD detector, calibrates 37 Elements, including Mg, Al & Si, and can take sample temperatures up to 150°C with the Ultralene® window and up to 500°C with the Kapton window. An integrated camera is optional. Wielding superior large-area detector technology, S1 TITAN models are capable of calibrating alloy, gold and precious metals, bulk material (E‐scrap and catalytic converters), soil, mining, restricted materials, and customer specific applications. The Bruker S1 TITAN 600 can be equipped with an integrated camera to provide visualization and accurate positioning of the measurement spot; the small spot collimator option provides a small measurement area for the isolation of small features to be tested. Thanks to the Bruker S1 TITAN 600’s SharpBeam optimized geometry, the precision and accuracy of the measurement are the same as for the normal spot- there is no need to extend the measurement time to achieve the desired precision.
