Introducing the ultra-intelligent TOPAZ®64, a portable 64-channel phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) instrument delivering faster, more reliable inspections. It intelligently combines the power of 64 active channels for PAUT applications with the most advanced full matrix capture (FMC), total focusing method (TFM), and plane wave imaging (PWI) capabilities.The Zetec TOPAZ64 is a fully integrated, portable, 64 channel Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing instrument which enables you to complete faster and more accurate inspections. The Topaz 64 is ideal for use in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Transportation industries. This instrument features 64 active channels for fast and accurate inspections in welds, complex components, and corrosion mapping. The Topaz 64 is also suited to encoded or manual inspections.
The Topaz 64 utilizes advanced technologies to achieve accurate UT inspections, including:
- Code Compliant 64/128PR Phased Array UT
- High Resolution Full Matrix Capture (FMC)
- Total Focusing Method (TFM) up to 1M Data Points per Frame

From complex composite material to thick weld inspections, the Topaz 64 provides reliable real-time data with the industry's most advanced Full Matrix Capture (FMC) and Total Focusing Method (TFM) capabilities. New bipolar pulsers provide more energy to punch through thick components and improve your probability of detection. Raw A-scan can be saved for record-keeping or post-processing without the need to rescan. The onboard UltraVision software is easy to use, also providing online and offline data analysis.
The Zetec Topaz 64 includes a 12" high resolution screen, operable with gloves, capable of generating a 1 million point frame. For demanding environments, the Topaz 64 has a lightwieght but rugged casing that has no air intake.
